The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was close to all the major tourist spots and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel offered fast and reliable Wi-Fi, great for keeping in touch with friends and family.
The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

This hotel is great for those who want a central location in a vibrant part of the city. You can easily walk to many popular attractions, including theaters, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, and there are good facilities like tea/coffee makers and a fridge. Some rooms even have lovely views of the city.
The breakfast is disappointing with a limited selection of food.

Excellent customer service. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Spacious, clean room with a delightful bath tub. Staying at this venue was a great experience. First, the location was superb, as it was right in the city centre with access to public transportation. Second, the room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a soundproofed room. Third, there were plenty of dining options available, including a restaurant and buffet breakfast with staff who worked the night shift. Additionally, the leisure facilities were great, with free Wi-Fi, beach access, and a fitness studio.
I had an enjoyable stay here. Although the hot food at breakfast was not hot enough, there was still a nice variety of dishes.
